no this actually was digital, but you can make things have the cross processed film look by making a curves layer in photoshop
create a s curve for the green and red layers and then do the opposite for the blue layer

I was just curious cause I had the same effect with a 120 film.
And when I tweak photos in photoshop, it usually ends up being too yellow or blue.
